However, food is the most important thing that Sarong has that keeps people coming back from time to time. Sarong Restaurant has several mainstay menus which are one of the most preferred. First, the Crispy Pork Belly with chili paste and spicy Sichuan sour sauce, and the signature Chicken Betel Leaf, flat coriander leaves with a delicious roasted capsicum sauce. Then Starter Crispy Salmon Salad with watermelon sweet potato, lime leaves, cucumber, roasted chili & eschalot sauce.

Delicious mains include Panang Curry of Pork [with peanut chili, Thai basil and coconut cream], North Indian Lamb Shank Lamb [stewed with coriander, mint, tomato, cardamom black pepper & cinnamon], and Butter Chicken with Cashews , ginger garam masala kasoori methi & tomato sauce. Sarong Restaurant is also prepared with a large selection of plant-based foods for every vegetarian.

Some of the other menus that this restaurant has are the wine list cocktail list with Passion Fruit Margarita: with tequila, fresh passion fruit, passion fruit puree, triple sec, lime, and honey blossom. The cocktails really feature lots of locally sourced ingredients. Moreover, its adorable Espresso Martini will not disappoint customers who try it. Sarong Restaurant has prices ranging from IDR 250,000 to IDR 400,000.
